Goodwill Industries Recycling Center
          Located behind their retail store at 2702 S. 3rd St. in Terre Haute. They accept newspapers , catalogs and junk mail, cardboard/paperboard, aluminum and steel cans, plastic bottles (#1 and #2), old clothes and household items. No glass! Attendant on site to help unload your stuff. Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on Sunday.

ISU University Recycling Center
          Located on 9th Street, 1/2 block north of Chestnut St. and Ballyhoo Tavern. It is a fenced in area on the right side of the street. No attendant on site. Open to the general public. Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am to 5pm; Saturday/Sunday, 6am to noon. They accept glass (white, brown, green - no pyrex!), plastic (#1 and #2 - remove caps from bottles!), newspapers, magazines, books, cardboard, aluminum and steel cans. This recycling center gets busy around 4:30 in the afternoon!
